About Me

I am a lover of life. I like to take advantage of all life has to offer. One of my most favorite lines is from Nicki Minaj's song The Night is Still Young. She ends the song with the words "How dare we sit quietly and watch the world pass us by." True words to live by in my book.

I decided to enter the world of life coaching after two dear friends both mentioned to me that I have continually helped other friends and family members achieve their goals. I was always one offering resources and ideas, encouragement, and guidance. These were two different friends, on two different occasions. After that, I knew I'd found my true calling because I realized they were both right. I was good at life coaching before I'd even had any formal training because it is natural for me and I have always loved helping and coaching others.

During my training, I realized I was constantly pulling from information I'd learned from the many books I'd read, lectures I'd watched, and videos I had seen from those I consider to be mentors to me. Deepak Chopra, Gabrielle Bernstein, Dr. Wayne W. Dyer, Joe Vitale, Esther Hicks/Abraham Hicks, and Dr. Bruce Lipton are icons to me, who I'll always look up to and learn from. I also enjoy teachings from Lynne McTaggart, David Eagleman, Eckert Tolle, and Dr. Joseph Murray. It became apparent to me that life coaching went beyond the one-dimensional box I once thought it fit into. It incorporated teachings from all of those I consider mentors and I continually use techniques I've learned from them when coaching clients. I am a better coach because of these brilliant people, as well as a better person.

Beyond my closest friends, I  began coaching other friends, and then friends those friends referred to me. I ended up with a mixed clientele including students, current and former actors, teachers, salespeople, stay-at-home parents, professional athletes, and everything in between. I love growing a passion in someone and helping them to overcome obstacles so they can have the life they've always wanted.

Beyond coaching, I love to run (eight half-marathons and counting), dance, do Zumba, pilates, and yoga. Thanks to Gabrielle Bernstein I've developed a love for Kundalini Yoga and meditation. I look forward to both because it has calmed me and strengthened me at the same time. I am married, have one daughter, and three fur-babies. And, yes, I don't care what anyone says...I refer to them as our fur-babies because they are beyond just pets...they are a big part of our family. I have written two children's books because of my love of writing fun stories. Stinky Malone...as told by Jimmie Pizzelli and Invisible Isabelle...as told by Jimmie Pizzelli are both available through Amazon. As you can likely tell by now, I love to make people happy, love to see smiles, and hear laughter. There isn't much better than that.
