Nutritional/Wellness Coaching
As a former Pilates instructor, dancer, and avid runner, I've studied nutrition, exercise, physiology, and mental and physical wellness. Living a healthy lifestyle is one of the most important gifts you can give yourself. I'll help you get there.

Often times I find myself incorporating nutritional coaching into my general life coaching sessions and my clients really enjoy it. I find that many of us are so busy or consumed with other things that we often overlook taking care of ourselves. Not having a good diet or proper nutrition can easily impact sleep, cause hormonal imbalance, cause spikes and dips in energy levels, and so much more. Of course the impact on one's overall mental and physical health is incalculable.

Many only look at the physical side when thinking about proper nutrition, but it 100% affects the mental side as well. Suggested changes may even be minor, and made over time. The point is that it is so important to understand the impact of nutrition on our mental well-being and that is something that I can guide you on as well. Overall health is the goal (mental and physical)!
